a decent stay overall
modern design convenient location efficient staff housekeeping problem faulty shower ineffective air conditioning
the room had a modern design and felt clean. the hotel handled any minor issues professionally. the location is convenient, about a 15-minute walk to the main tourist areas. the gym was better than expected for a smaller hotel.
hand towels were forgotten, and bedsheets were not changed, even with a stain. the air conditioning controls seemed ineffective as the room never cooled below 23 degrees. the shower temperature was difficult to adjust

excellent city stay
relaxing atmosphere friendly staff beautiful public areas
i enjoyed the pristine spa and its relaxing atmosphere. the sauna and steam room were a great surprise. i found the staff friendly and the public areas beautifully kept.
the centralized ac was still set to heat , and there was no way to adjust it.

The location was acceptable. It was fairly close to the main train station.
the air conditioning controls were just for show! Even though I set it to 20 degrees, the room never got below 23 degrees. The shower temperature control was also broken, and it took a long time to get warm water, ugh.

food variety nice atmosphere convenient location
the breakfast buffet offered significant food variety. the hotel restaurant featured a nice atmosphere with affordable food and drinks compared to the city center. its location directly across from the main train station was a huge advantage for me as a train traveller.
during my stay, i noted that the air conditioning controls in my room seemed ineffective. despite setting it to 20 degrees, the temperature never went below 23 degrees. the room did not feel adequately cool.

Wonderful stay!
helpful staff fine view breakfast varieties
The staff was accommodating. They gave me complete guidance to visit all points in one day. I even got suggestion for a room upgrade with a fine view. I liked the world class buffet breakfast. It included mind boggling varieties. Most of them were made to order and table-served.
The centralized AC was still set to heat. I could not adjust it myself. The reception told me to turn off the AC and open a window.

The hotel has a fantastic location. I walked easily to restaurants and to sightseeing destinations. The train station is close. This is an excellent spot to start exploring the city.
